Back to Camp and Zepbound

  Six weeks on and all is going back to normal or as normal as can be. My husband is doing much better and his follow-ups with the cardiac center at the local hospital have all been great. Yesterday they gave him the all-clear to continue on with his life and he is off light duty at work. I’ve noticed a big improvement in his energy level meaning he is back to being his spicey exuberant self. I’m the one who’s tired now after the last two months’ life speed bumps.  Summer has finally kicked in somewhat. Most of it has been cool and soppy wet with rain. My own health has thrown me a couple curve balls yet minor compared to my husband’s. One of my knees had gone out last year while at camp and over time I thought it better but it’s proving to be problematic, so I will need it x-rayed and then go from there. I am not one to go to a doctor, but I do need to be able to walk. For now, I have it wrapped up once again in a soft brace. I started Zepbound weekly treatments to get my we...
